With the advent of industrial revolution, labor law arose because the relationship between worker and employer changed from small-scale production studios to large-scale factories. The object of labour law is to safeguard the labor from profit seeking exploiters in the cut through competition era. As the world today is becoming a global village it is important to strengthen industrial relation. In today’s era it is very important to lay emphasis on employer-employee relationship and see that the labor today are not exploited and they get justice. Proper implementation of labour legislations is very important because it helps in the economic development of the country. Thus Raffles University, Neemrana in collaboration with Surana & Surana International Attorneys organized the first National Labor Law Moot Court Competition so that the future lawyers of our country get to deal with nuances of labor legislation and practise this area of law which is often ignored.   ...
