The object of labour law is to safeguard the labor from profit seeking exploiters in the cut through competition era. As the world today is becoming a global village it is important to strengthen industrial relation. In today’s era it is very important to lay emphasis on employer-employee relationship and see that the labor today are not exploited and they get justice. Proper implementation of labour legislations is very important because it helps in the economic development of the country.
