The School of Law, Raffles University organized it's 2nd C.L. Agrawal Moot Court Competition from 6th to 8th April,2018 in collaboration with Rajasthan Education Trust. Students from 24 different Law Schools across India participated in this competition based on the issues of Criminal law and Family Law. The team of Tubing Dey, Amey Piley and Aditya Ladha from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, won the competition, while the team of Kanika Kalra, Manmeet Kaur and Prabhav Pachori from Law Centre -II, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi grabbed the second position. The Inaugural Ceremony of the Moot Court competition took place on 6th April,2018 in which t he registration of all the teams along with the orientation was being done. The object of labour law is to safeguard the labor from profit seeking exploiters in the cut through competition era. As the world today is becoming a global village it is important to strengthen industrial relation. In today’s era it is very important to lay emphasis on employer-employee relationship and see that the labor today are not exploited and they get justice. Proper implementation of labour legislations is very important because it helps in the economic development of the country.
